HELLO MY NAME IS MARC AND I AM FROM ROMFORD IN ENGLAND. I DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO PUT THIS THREAD SO I HOPE IT IS OK IN HERE. BASICALLY I HAVE WOKE UP THIS MORNING THAT MY BABY 13" CORN SNAKE HAS MANAGED TO ESCAPE FROM THE CAGE FROM MY OWN STUPIDITY. IS THERE ONE THAT CAN HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE. IF ANY ONE HAS GOT ADVICE ON HOW TO CATCH THE SNAKE WITH TRAP OR ANY OTHER METHODS PLEASE IN FORM ME BECAUSE I HAVE TO FIND THIS SNAKE BEFORE MY GIRLFRIENDS MOTHER DOES.

First bit of advice is forum etiquette...

Turn off your capslock. It is equivalent to yelling and will make people not want to read your posts.

Second piece of advice... start looking under *everything* couches, cushions, the fridge, blankets, clothes, behind furniture, etc.

You can also create places for the snake to hide in near a heat source which may attract your snake.

i've looked in nearly every place possible to my knowledge. my mind is honestly run out of ideas. i've just found a site that say's about creating a trap using mouse trap with the sticky clue pads do you no if this is going to harm the snake. it says about using oil to take to snake back off the pad

That would almost definitely cause injury to your snake, perhaps significantly. Time and patience are the key to finding an escapee.

Did you: check under and behind the fridge? The stove? The bed? The couch? The computer?
Did you: check in the couch (including looking for holes into the couch from underneath)? The drawers of anything near the tank? Your blankets? Your closet and the clothes therein?
Remember, this snake is tiny. Especially look in places you think it *can't* have gotten.

i have looked in every place u have mentioned apart from kitchen areas. the other thing is it was on my bed side table up stairs. would the snake if it could get out of a window and if it could would it drop to the ground because once it is on the ledge there is no way to go apart from back in again

the other thing is. it got feed on the 20th of august and hasnt eaten since also it shed its skin last week so that explains y it didnt wanna eat but i thought it would be hungry after
