Hide and seek????? LOL

HAHA, my male, scales does this all the time, he will dug the best he can then sticks his head under when i open his viv door, and as hes 5'11" and about an inch and half in diametre, he cant hide very well as he then has his top half of his body sticking out above the substrate, LOL, its very cute though.
:D

no they dont really need a purpose to do this, its just something they like to do.
do you have a hide on the cool end and warm end?
if not then maybe thats why hes hiding under his substrate, but like i just said they dont need no purpose other than its just normal behaviour for them. my male has 3 hides and he still chooses to sit under his substrate. lol
