i was wondering if there are any sites that have plans for building your own vivs. or mayb some of you guys would be so kind as to share your own plans? thanks in advance! p.s im lookin 2 build about a 4ft tank.
 
I am working on an enclosure right now for my RTB's, but it can be modified to fit Corns. I will get the plans together and get them up here by the end of the week. along with pictures of what I have done. Still working on getting the door figured out.

I assume you're going for timber & glass doors..
This is a couple i made out of glass with perspex lids, only because i work in a glass factory & it comes cheap... :)

That is one good looking enclosure.

I have to appoligize, I haven't gotten the plans up. I will have a little bit of time this weekend to do it. will take pictures of what I have done and post them too.
 
yes, very nice lookin viv's u got there....although a little ahead of viv building abilities i suspect lol. at the moment iv got a 3ft Aquarium, which will be big enough for a fair while yet, but eventually i want to build a real nice display tank, with abit more going on inside! at the moment i dont think its a great looking setup, though u may disagree, any suggestions would be great! :D. dont worry about them plans Paul, just get them up whenever you have time :D thanks

well now iv made a decision to get myself some bearded dragons lol, will probably building a tank for them aswel, just got figure out how id do it! thanks :grin01:
 
Take a full sheep of plywood(4x8 and about $10) and then glue on a sheet of tile bored( same saize and price) then cut it into 2 4x2 pices and then take the scraps and make 2 2x2 for sides and then take the remaining 4x2 for a top. Cut out some places and use metal vent like you would find in your house for ventalation and then make a sliding glass front. for all that is should run under $100 and just run some heat tape for heat!
