I second that...Mine took 12 days to arrive from the time I placed my order, but everything I ordered was accurate and packaged well. It is up and running great.
 
I also got mine from LLL Reptile. I got the one with the picture window and without the fan. I purchased that one so I could see the entire contents without taking off the lid and disturbing the temps/humidities.
