How can I post a picture from paint or microsoft word?

I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure this out...... I got this picture that was made on paint and I transfered it on to word. How can I get that picture onto here?
any help at all is greatly appreciated:)
 
You should beably to brouse for the picture. Just remember where you saved it THen click on the brouse button where it says attach file. It will open a windo listing files. Find your file and select it by double clicking on it. then hit ok or whatever it asked you to do. If you have nay problem just mail it to me and I can post it for ya. Make sure it is a .gif or a .jpg
