If you got normals (very hard to tell with that picture) then one of those snakes isn't a charcoal, but is an anery A.
 
If one is an anery het charcoal and the other is a charcoal anery, or a charcoal het anery, then you should get normals.

The other possibility is sperm retention from a previous breeding.

Let us know what they look like when they shed. :)

Thanks for the info guys. I will post a close up pic of one the the 'normal' looking babies and one of the clutchmates that has a 'different' look to him/her. Thanks again.
