how long after an egg hatcher do they shed because i was told that i have to wait until they hatch to feed them is this true or can i feed them today (the day after they hatch)?:confused:
 
Like I said in your last post. They will shed within about 7 days of hatching I think. You can try feeding them then. Before they hatched, they absorbed the yolk from the egg and that will feed them till after they shed.

Your babies are going to be just fine.
 
This wont be anything that hasnt been said before but most corns shed 5-7 days after they hatch and thats when they are normally offered their first meal.
 
in the corn snake manual . ..

it tells you when they shed and has pictures of how to feed a hatchling corn for the first time, i would have a look at it if you havent got it yet, i have just bought it!! its great
