How long can you keep Pinkies in the freezer?

I put a few frozen pinkies in hot water to thaw them before feeding, and they were all a disgusting gray color, and they kind of smell..

Is there a length of time that you can keep them in the freezer? I know I haven't had them for long.. I bought a bag of 50 when I was at an expo (April 29, 2007) and all the other ones so far have looked normal.

In ziplocks, they should be fine for at least 6 months.

If they smell bad they may have defrosted and re-frozen.

It is possbile I guess... Oh well, I will just throw that ziploc bag out and buy a smaller portion. I have to switch to bigger feeders soon anyways.

I'm sorry to confuse everyyone. That post made by ixcounterfeitxi was me. I really have to make sure I am not logged on to my boyfriends account.

Gahh.
