How many colonies to support three...

About how many mice do you think it would require to support three snow corns? I've currently got three(one male/two female) who have started to mate, but I'm thinking I might need a couple more.

Thanks in advance for any advice/answers!

ya it wouldnt hurt right now to get one more colony. just simply as this is the heavy feeding season. well also if your going to brumate them that will give you plenty of time for you feeder mice to have young to your prefered size and euthanize them and freeze them. I have 13 snakes and about 45 babies on the way and i have three colonies which are 5 females/1 male and the winter gives me plenty of time to keep up with freezing them. but i will be expanding in years to come also. but you also might get lucky and have your mice produce over 12 babies a pop every 19 days like clockwork.
