How many days does it take your corns to hatch?

82 degrees, no night drops, open the incubation box only once a week to mist down the sphagnum moss a little and exchange the air, other than that, total left undisturbed.

I'm thinking mine will hatch around day 65 since there have been temp drops at night but in the day it gets to around 84. I'm getting real antsy to see the little ones!

I'm on day 50, day temps are about 83 and at night it drops to between 78 and 80. I'm hoping they won't take too much longer, already lost one for sure, maybe a second. Seems the longer they go the higher the chance that they go south.

That's too bad you lost some. I think I told you that I lost 7 of 13 of my eggs so only 6 are good. The last one that went bad died about 2 weeks ago but since then the eggs that look good still are nice and plump and showing no signs of going bad. I didn't intend for it but I think my girl that laid these is double clutching. I've noticed she's starting to get that little extenstion on her under belly again like she had when she started showing being gravid and I can sort of feel lumps. I really wasn't expecting her to lay another clutch I didn't think double clutching was all that common. I'm kind of hoping she's just ovulating.

I don't count days at all... I look at the day they are laid and add "two months" then mark that week on the calendar. I start checking them the week before the week I marked. :D Temp is about 83 degrees.

So far both my clutches started pipping at day 68 but they still aren't all out and its day 71 for one clutch and only 69 for the other. The wait is killing me as this was my first year breeding and I still have 2 clutches to go that have at least another 2 weeks.

Woh 71 days would kill me too! Did your temperature fluctuate?

kept it between 81-83 degrees but once had to turn up my incubator kids must have pushed the button down to 78 but that was only 2 days ago.

I guess some eggs just take longer to hatch than others. I'm trying to keep mine cool right now. It reached 90 degrees in my house today and so I've been keeping the fan on them but then I'm worried they might get dehydrated. I just can't wait to see them hatch!! It's going to be so exciting!
