...a neonate red-tail boa, locality unknown.probably a columbian. could anyone tell me what is a reasonable price?

I've seen captive bred BCI anywhere from $50-$100 just for the normal coloration. They'll be more expensive if you get a hypo or some other color morph. If you get a farm-raised one it will be cheaper, but I wouldn't recommend it.

For a true red-tail (BCC) expect to pay at least $200.
