glad I found this thread, because that was going to be my thread topic. My ghost has done something I've never noticed it do before. About 1 1/2 weeks ago, it shed. And now its in deep blue again! Could this be "spring" related? I have never brumated my corn seeing as I've never had intentions of breeding it, that is until now :D, but could this double shed session be breeding season related? sorry Sssss for hijacking your thread.

Is it a female? If it is there is something called, pre-something shed?(sorry I forget what it is called) I do know for a fact that this means your snake is ready to bread.

lol.. wasn't planning on baking my ghost.. but that gave me a chuckle. Not sure if its a female or not.. but I think it is.. when I look at the tail, it does seem to sharply taper off. I dont have a reputable herp vet near me to have her sexed and I wouldn't trust any of the local pet stores to do that.. so I'm sort of at a loss here.. but if a double shet like that is indicative of it being female and "she" is ready to breed then at least I know for sure and am relieved that something is not wrong with her. thanx jimmyman.
