i have tried so many time i dont know wheather to put in an attatchment or click insert picture i know insert picture is kind of obvious but i've already tried that.
 
You can do a couple of things. You can go to your profile and upload pics to your photo album. Then you can grab the BBB code and post that. You can click the "New Post" button, Click the "Manage Attatchments" button, at the bottom of the page. This is fairly easy and self explanatory once you get into that section. You can also upload pics to a photo site like Photobucket, then link to them.

When you upload pics to your photo album, click on the pick. At the bottom of the page, you will get two codes. One is a pic URL and the other is BB (not BBB, sorry) code. Just cope and paste the BB code in the post and your pic will show up when you hit the submit button.
