How Would I treat This Skin Infection

Does anyone know how to Treat a Skin Infection like this one Without going to the vet?? He hasnt been showing any signs of being sick xept for the infection(at least i think its an ifection), hes eating well, and his behavior is the same as always

It's hard to tell if that is a skin infection by the picture, it could be the result of a bad shed. Bad shed can be caused by a lot of things including internal parasites. Skin infections can be treated by applying any topical antibiotic such as neosporin. I'd recommend a trip to the Vet.
