I am never using a Zilla slidinglock lid again.

I am The Nitelion
As the title said I am never using one nor will I suggest one to someone else. First I had penny escape from one and and I threw it up to human error because I did not lock the tank. Now Fella has escaped one that stayed locked! and there are NO holes in the screen what so ever I went over it bit by bit piece by piece.

Nitelion - Sorry to hear about Fella. I have two Zillas and found out that the lid with the lock moves just enough for a hatchling to wiggle threw. I had to use duct tape for about 6 to 8 months to secure the lid after that they get to big to slid threw the movement of the lid. I also found out that the rack I have I have to use lids on my hatchlings so they do not squeeze threw the tub and the top of the rack. However, after about 6 to 8 months they are to big to squeeze threw the top.

I had the same experience with the Zilla tanks. You have to use tape for the first little bit
