when and how should I change from live pinkies to f/t pinkies. today was my first day feeding it a live pinky I would like to know when i should try to feed it pinkies
 
LOL. I'm with Bethany here. The quicker you switch, the better.

As for how... sometimes they'll just take the F/T pinky mouse right off the bat, so give that a try. Sometimes you may have to jiggle the pinky (making it "seem" alive) and they'll take it.

There are other, more involved ways. Give these two a try next time you feed and see how that goes.
