Ok...I hope this is the right section to post. If not, I am sorry. Here are my questions. I have a okeetee female(store said okeetee). Please help me ID this okeetee. She does not look like a normal okeetee to me. Her background is very light not orange. Here is a photo of her...

Second question, please help me ID this hatchling. I am confused to if they are normals or okeetees. Thanks so much in advance!

So the adult is not a okeetee at all? May I ask, what is a classic normal? Just a prettier normal? I thought normals are more orange all around?

Normals can vary quite a bit in their coloration. And if your female is more a locality Okeetee than a Okeetee phase, that might account for the lighter ground color. She has the wide saddle bands of an Okeetee phase, but they can not all "perfect and ideal" specimens.

Okeetees are normals (just from a certain locality and/or bred to look a certain way)..."classics" are normal, normals...some people just have a problem with the name normal. :p

Oh Yeah....that's right. I remember now...lol. Thanks for clearing it up for me. Sometimes, I'm just not all there and get confuse. Thanks everyone!
