Whoever told you that is a Blizzard corn doesn't have a clue about the types of corn snakes. IMHO.

Just a normal corn snake. Maybe a bit of Okeetee influence in it's ancestry.
 
Maybe it was meant to be "het Blizzard", which would be a Normal het Amelanistic, Charcoal. Otherwise I have no idea how someone could confuse these two morphs without being (really) drunk. ;)
