I love these gloves; candioa love bites

So I went to get a pair of gloves yesterday, I found a really nice pair made of kid leather. I was SO EXCITED, I couldn't wait to get home and try them out - and with that thought I realized there was probably something very wrong with me. Snake people are crazy, that's all there is to it.

I did get a little tag on the arm, but the gloves work great.

By "kid" do you mean goat? They look so soft! I'm a fan of deer/elk skin myself. How much of the bite did you feel? Did your snakie pretty much spit you out deeming you inedible?

Beautiful snake by the way.

yep, goat.
Cardassia has never been much of a grabber, on bare hands or gloves. She just strikes and lets go after a few seconds. And I don't feel a thing!

I admit that I wear gloves with animals that are known to strike. I've been bit many times before and it doesn't hurt, per say, but the shock of it is what kills me, and I have a tendency to jerk back, too. If I jerk back, I can hurt the snake, so it's all around better if I wear gloves, for me and the snake.
