When I finally get rid of him , he keeps coming back . I think he loves me ! He comes in many forms ...Telephone Bill, Electric Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, and so on... I'd contact APD, but first consult with the oversight board so that APD can do their job per how the crazies in town think it should be done.
