Yes, we do call them terrariums for earth based tanks,
but since most people view any glass "enclosure" as a tank, most call them aqaurium. But my common name for them everyday would be the snakes "enclosure"
Everthing on the checklist is good, and a tree branch is a great place for your snake to exersize. Boil it in water first or use a safe for snake cleaner to kill mites. Good luck.
