I suppose I should introduce myself.

Hello everyone!

I've been floating around these forums for a while now, I first dropped in looking for help when I was worried about my snake's health, and since then I've found myself reading around the forums and getting continuously interested by the types of threads here and I've actually learned quite a bit as well. Figured I've been here long enough, I might as well actually introduce myself and say hi, so "Hi!"

My name is Laine(as if my s/n wasn't obvious enough =P), I'm a weird little girl from Canada who loves reptiles, spiders, insects, you name it. The only creatures that scare me are fish(I have no clue why.. just.. eek). I've got a cat, a dog, and my favorite little girl - Rosie, a normal corn snake.

Rosie's about 7 years old now. I got her when she was about 11 months old, so she's probably closer to 8. She was hand raised, and she's always been very tame, never struck or bitten or anything of the sort. In fact, I used to take her to school to give presentations in biology class, and she'd just hang out in her tank and let the kids pet her or pick her up.

Anyhow, here's a couple pics of Rosie:

I'd like to get a couple more corn snakes in the near future. I especially want to pick up a sunglow motley. I'm completely in love with the firey orange color!

Hello Laine! Rosie's a beautiful looking lady.

Welcome to the forums and enjoy your stay.

ah! So pretty! I love the varations in normals, no two are the same. And I'm really hoping mine will look like yours as he grows, I love the lightish not-so-orange ground colour.

Welcome!
