We saw this beauty at a local pet store tonite. We tried to take pics with our phones (they are really bad), but thought we'd give it a shot anyway. Any ideas what morph she might be?? We might be picking this gal up tomorrow if the general consensus is what we think it might be. Trying to get a pic of her eyes was impossible, but her eyes are almost a goldish/green. She has no black whatsoever.

Could be?

Could be?

It's actually an NBP morph ( need better pictures).

I know - sorry they're so bad - they don't look nearly as bad on our phones. :) She is just gorgeous - the colors in the photos look nothing like what we saw at the store. We're debating - should we go back and take better pics with a better camera - or just go buy her before someone else picks her up? :shrugs: This store usually only has normals, amels and an occasional snow - and they charge the same no matter what.

A wise person once said, if you're unsure about a purchase, ask yourself what will happen if you see another snake that you've been searching for: one that you KNOW you'll buy when you find it. If, when you find that one you think you might wish you didn't have this one taking up the space, don't buy it. If you'll still want this one after finding the "dream snake," buy it.

Personally I lean toward buying them all..........

We have the same problem. We don't necessarily need this snake and it is by no means our dream snake -- it would just make a nice addition to our collection. And, the other part of the dilemma is that the NARBC show is in 25 days. We really need a rack system so we can accommodate all these critters! I have determined that this website is very bad!! Everything I see I WANT!! :grin01:

looks like your in a petco?

I've found som' really really cool stuff at petcos...looks like they got it a really nice hypo at yours ;)

Hi, my name is Skip and I'm an addict. So many cornsnake pushers out there it makes it hard to quit. Every time I think I have it beat we see another one we just have to have.

How come my petco never gets cool morphs? We get the normals, amels, and occasional snow too, although there was a anery hurricane motley once.

I need to stop going, every time I see pretty amel or normal there I need to walk out before I buy it lol

Why are you in Cali and have a Penn state shirt on????

Its my husband - and his family is from PA - his mom brought it to him from a recent visit to PA. She brought the shirt - but forgot to bring him his favorite Nittany Lion Cheese Dogs. Oops!!

lol.... Gosh I cant wait until college football kicks off.... ummmm Cheese Dogs and a cold beer that sounds Awesome.. even for breakfast

So we stopped by that same pet store to pick up a couple things today ... and to see if this snake was still there. There was a young boy and his dad looking at the corns. They had purchased a corn a couple weeks ago. The boy said the snake had struck at him a few times and was a tail rattler. He was concerned that it might continue to strike. They were there to possibly exchange with another snake. We offered our two cents and said that after handling his baby for a while it likely will stop striking, and that it was just scared. Anyway, he seemed to be struggling with the decision to either keep the one he had (a normal), or exchange it for one of the other morphs (snow, amel). The possible hypo was also still there -- so we showed him the one we were considering - and told him it was a better deal for the money. We saw him on his way out and asked which one he got -- and he chose the one we recommended -- so our temptation is now gone!! Now we can spend more at the Anaheim show!! :)
