Just as the title states, after living with the names for a year, I've never quite been content with the conventions and styles I used to name my snakes when starting out the hobby.

Over the last week I've been pondering what I want to do moving forward. After a lot of consideration, I am going to go with an Elder Scrolls Lore God/Goddess, Daedric Prince, Deity, Mortal Hero type convention. So... once I get Cruella sexed to be sure she is female on Friday afternoon at the Stahl Vet Clinic in Fairfax, VA, I will be determining which names to use for them.

Possibilities (and feel free to vote below):

If Cruella IS a female (the seller I bought her from seemed unsure):

Kynareth or Vaermina

If Cruella is indeed male:

Shor, Vivec or Akatosh

Leoric will be getting his name changed to one of the three:

Stendarr, Lorkhan or Indoril

Thoughts?

Completely changed with my A.D.D, but this is my final list now:

If Cruella is Female: Namira, Dibella or Sithis

If Cruella is Male: Hircine, Malacath, Dagoth or Magnus

Leoric: Talos, Stendarr or Indoril

I think all of those are unisex. If it were me, I'd pick a name I liked... not basing it on sex. Because really, snakes are genderless :p
But, it's your snakes! ;)
They are all very unique names. Where did you come up with them?

They are gods, goddesses, daedric prince, mortal hero names from a popular video game series titled, "Elder Scrolls". You may have heard of Skyrim on consoles or Elder Scrolls Online for PC. I live in that universe in my virtual life, lol. Dorko of the year here.

"Heard of it". Yes, I have heard of it...
My partner plays it day in and day out on our big TV (PS3) in the living room, where I watch. Day in and day out. Because it's interesting.

Yes, I've heard of Skyrim ;)

But cool idea!

All my adult snakes are named after the movie 'Emperors New Grove'. The movie has very few females and only 2 of my snakes are males. Im all for the naming them whatever tickles you.

Leoric has officially been dubbed - Indoril as it's running away with the lead and I have definitely come to really like it.

We will wait for Friday to see if Cruella becomes Namira, or Magnus.
