I would find it utmost shocking if no one has been selectively breeding the anery gene for a high contrast. It would be odd if I am the only one who wants a black on white corn with much contrast.
If anyone is, do you have a name for this line breeding?
I believe Don Soderberg is working along those lines, with "Anery Okeetee's" working to get deep black borders. OkeeteeMom has one I believe. Try searching for Big Cat, I think that's it's name.
I can remember people talking about this before and concluding that as aneries are so common there wasn't much economic incentive for trying to breed them selectively. 'Oreo corns' was a name suggested.
