installing locks

You could also try home hardware or any building supply store. Just explain you want a lock like they have on their display cabinets. Canadian Tire would be a good bet too.
 
If you havent gotten one yet, they have them on all the cages at the pet stores in Owen Sound, but I havent ever seen them for sale but I don't know why they couldnt order one for you.
