hi everyone
here's the deal:
Last year, in november, I bought an amel cornsnake 1 and 1/2 year old...
Brought it home to find that she doesn't poop all at once, let me explain...
Usually 2 days after she eats her mouse, she poops a little bit, usually liquid, then the next day she poops a little bit more, usually solid..
The liquid part is as if she has diarreia, a little bit here, a little bit there..
Anyway, as that didn't seem normal to me, I took her for a vet check and to be dewormed...
It looked like she was doing better, or at least that's what I thought...
Otherwise she's normal, active and gaining weight, but not as much as I expected, she has shed twice.
Do you think this is normal and I'm only being a little paranoid, or do you think there's something wrong with my snake?
Thanks in advance
Ana

Hello Ana! This may all be normal. If you are concerned, you may want to consider giving the snake a probiotic. I started using nutribac on my baby snakes, when they first arrived. Kathy Love had suggested it. If you didn't know, a probiotic helps regulate digestion and pooping. The same way yogurt works for us.

You may want to do a search for it and see if it's available in your area.

Good Luck,

Wayne
