Great hatch! Thanks for sharing. I would love it if you continued to post progression pictures of him over the next few years. I'm assuming this guy/gal is a KEEPER!

Wow. I've always wondered what this snake would look like. It definitely lived up to expectations! Please keep us updated on this beauty! :)

Congrats on the new hatchling...it is beautiful! Wouldn't it just be referred to as a Saffron Stripe though?

Thank you for the compliments.

Here in Europe nobody (except a few cornsnake cracks) knows Saffron as a cornsnake morph.
I think the association to SUNkissed is a little bit better about the name 'Sunshine'.

My first choise was Sunset, but this name is already used for this local cornsnake morph...

Now that is KICK @$$ , BIG TIME !!!
A HUGE congrats on hitting that. Just curious on how many eggs in the clutch?

The reason I ask is, I hit a 1/64 in a 19 egg clutch last year with my Honey Bloodred. I really love to see the high odds being hit and proving it can be done.

AMAZING looking snake !!

Walter
:crazy02:BOUT' CORNS !!

I think its such a new morph that it will take time for people to know what it is, thats the saffron. Its the same every time something new comes along.
I'm deffo not a crack lol, but having only seen the name saffron and nothing else, I just went with that.
for me, I think the 1st person to produce the morph should name it, unless it is something totally ridiculous.
so sunshine it is :grin01::grin01:
