As a "general rule" anery A's have a more starkly contrasted coloration between their saddles and their backgrounds, and anery B's have a more smudged appearance. Most anery A's do have yellow on their chins and necks, but SOME don't and SOME anery B's DO.
The only guaranteed way to find out is to breed your animal to a KNOWN charcoal. If it produces charcoal's, you have your answer. If it produces normals, you have an anery A, an anery B, and a bunch of little normals het for both. Of course, there are problems even with this if either of your animals are het for the other's genetics, and the results could be produced similarly by breeding your animal to an anery A, too.
All in all, your animal looks like an anery A to me. I would say that this is the most likely situation, but you can do the breeding trials like I suggested to be certain.
