hi, recently i had a good i idea to take and emptey plasticbok cut circle hole into it and add a 9 clear plastic pipe in to it.then cut a sqaure hole in to so the snake can be taken out. then i burried the box in the reptile bark so like it is undergorund and out of view and leave the bok and pipe burried expect the entrnce of the pipi so they can go in and out as they please. is this a good idea? i know my male really liked it.:)
 
that would be fine provided that...

you can see into it to see where your snake is hiding.. i check my my snakes where-abouts everymorning so that i`m alerted to any possible escape or other problem as early as possible... cant see snake therefore its in its "cave" puts an uncertainty that i dont want into the tank..
but thats me.. otherwise it sounds a fun hide--- your snake my like it so i guess if you want it then give it a go :)

yes bilto if that is the corrsct speeling of you name, you can see thrm threw a lil qindow because i put the bok against the glass so i always just look in it wiht a flashlight.:D

About the spelling and the hide.
Could you send me a picture of the hide.
And have you ever noticed that the first two anwsers are about the question and the rest isn't. I is always like that.
 
clumsly, I think it's a good idea!

I actually use the pipes you can find at homedepot to make curvey tunnel like hides for my corns. Once my customs are finished, I'll take some pics and post!
