Is this Natural during Brumating

I have had my male and female cooled down for several days now. The closet they are in has a temp around 54 degrees this morning. I went to check on them and the male is in his hide like I figured he should be but the female has not went in her hide since we cooled them down and she is out roaming and occasionally when I check on her she will put her tail against the tub and act like a rattlesnake. Is all this natural?

I check once a week, and change water at that time. The rattling means leave me alone.
