Jade, just a normal :)

This is Jade, my "just a normal" corn. She is almost two years old and has the most wonderful disposition. Since I see her everyday I didn't really think her colors had changed much since she was a baby, but after comparing pictures I took today with the pictures I took the day I got her I can see I was wrong.

Here are a few comparison shots:
1. Profile from the day I got her
2. Profile from today (sorry about the focus, but she had her tongue out and I just had to use it as the comparison pic :))
3. Top view from the day I got her [approximately 18in long]
4. Top view from today [45in long]

She is beautiful! I too have got a thing for normals! I need more! If only I had infinite room and money..

Wow, she really developed some nice colors! I've always thought normal corn snakes, although they may be 'just' normals are already very pretty.

Oh my goodness, she's GORGEOUS! Her markings are so perfect and her colors are so rich....There's truly no such thing as "just" a normal!

Thanks guys. I love her and wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. She was my first snake and has been such a wonderful snake to have. She is also a great snake ambassador, as I have now had two people that were pretty afraid of snakes want to hold her after seeing how calm she is :)

She is just wonderful! I love her look.
I have 6 normals myself, 7 if you count Kate the rootbeer.
Your girl looks alot like my 2 Shorty and Yoshi. :)

wow really cool comparison! im taking a bunch of pictures of mine as a hatchling now- cant wait until hes a couple years old

I just got a normal recently. It's so exciting to watch them change, and fun to take a pic post shed and have a photo journal!
