Raaaawr!
I've been a member of the site for a while now and I don't think I've ever posted... Shocking, I know! So here's my first thread and I hope you guys reply :D

Anyway I've been having a look-see at the breeding section again and reading stories of pippies waiting 'till day 70+ to make an appearance and thought I'd ask everyone to input a little here and tell the rest of us about your clutches and how long you've had to wait for the quickest/slowest hatch?
I thought it would make a cool comparison thread.

My first clutch was last year and I got pippies at day 53, hopefully this year wont take too much longer than that. I'm too impatient!

I had my first clutch last year too. There were 14 total and they started hatching on day 65 and I think the last one hatched on day 68. I've heard of eggs not hatching until for 80+ days, I would go insane 65 days was tough for me.

I incubated at slightly lower temps last year and waited past 80 days for most of my clutches to pip.

last year one of my clutches began pippingon day 60
nd another on day 64
nd another on day 73
and another on day 76
the rest took 80+ days

they were all at the same temperature so i wonder what it is that affected its incubation time
