What is your favourite type of substrate to use for your snakes? I, personally like to use Aspen Shavings or Repti-bark because it doesn't look bad and it's very easy to clean. :)

paper

Paper towel or newspaper for me. I cannot stand aspen or repti bark myself :) To messy for me.

i find aspen is the best you dont have to change it and i can never find any snake poo to clean and its good for barrowing

I use Aspen, I used to use paper towel but I was constantly changeing the paper. I was gauranteed that within 5 minutes of returning the snake to its container there would be some pooping going on so I would have to clean it again.
With the Aspen, it looks nice they can borrow under it and it is very easy to spot clean, which I do constantly. I dont know about never having to clean it. I do a major cleaning once a month. It is fairly cheap so thats not a problem.

Do so have to clean aspen Lian. You should be doing a full change of the aspen every month or two, and spot cleaning at least once per week!!!!
