Lavender gem

This is Jasper. He is my little lavender gem. I think he hatched in July. I got him from Dakota Corns in 2010(thanks Brent!). He just shed a few days ago and I finally got around to uploading his pictures. He was very fascinated by my camera.

Most of his pattern is fading except near his head it is actually becoming more of a salmon color.

I was told that he is probably a plasma(I think that is the same as lavender bloodred??) though since he has no ventral markings, is that true?

He's gorgeous!! If _Brent_ said he was probably a plasma, I would take his word for it. If someone else that saw him did, then I would question it, because I'm sure Brent knows his snakes, but OTOH some breeders, if they can't say for sure a snake is X (a double gene), then they will say it is Y (the single gene) instead.

I love that eye color that some lavenders have.
