lethargic after eating?

avery, my baby corn, has been curled up in a corner of his tank all afternoon and evening. he shed yesterday, and he ate a live pinkie this morning with no problem. after i fed avery, i went out to run some errands, and when i returned, he was curled up in the corner. now, seven hours later, he is still there. i have never seen him hang out in that particular corner before, but he's still breathing, and hasn't regurgitated his food. i'm worried. is this normal post-feeding behavior that i just haven't noticed yet (i've had avery for only two weeks, and he is my first snake...)? after the last feeding, he was extremely active; then he went into his hide until evening, when he reappeared and cruised around. could he be ill? would his having just shed make any difference? or is he merely sleeping in a new location, and making it a lazy evening?

Does he have a hide in that corner? It's normal for the most part, to have them curl up somewhere for a few days to digest. Mine go in one hide or the other and don't come back out for a day or two.

no, he doesn't have a hide there, and i'd never seen him hang out in that particular corner of his tank before... so i felt anxious. but at any rate, he "got up" sometime during the night and is now playing around in one of my just-worn t-shirts - which i put in his viv so he could get used to my smell. all is well... i think i was just being paranoid. thanks for your help! =)
