Today, when I got Loki out, he hissed at me a little. Pretty normal, I shrugged it off. When I put him in his feeding container (not to feed, to change his bedding), he started making sounds with his breaths. Some were pretty loud, some not so loud. I'm really freaked out that he has a RI and I think it's from my ignorance of the constantly changing temps in his viv. I have opted to keep his lamp on at all times to up the heat/keep a more constant temp. He's supposed to be fed tomorrow (moving up a prey size) - should I skip it? My poor boy.
I rearranged his viv to make spot cleaning a lot easier. He is also on a different kind of aspen now that is dust free.
After googling and sifting through some videos, he is NOT doing anything like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUH71DBva9E
Just the wheezing, I guess you would call it, and I can see his sides moving when he breathes.
I have opened my window so hopefully new air is circulating in there.
