Looking for opinions

I have a normal female that I would like to prove if she is het anything. I have been going back and forth over who to breed her to for the last several months. I am looking for opinions as to which male gets to be the lucky boyfriend for her.

I have the following males available:
Hypo het Caramel and Amel
Charcoal
Charcoal het Snow and Bloodred
Ghost
Butter Motley (04, 110 grams, not brumated)
Candycane (03 but small - 85 grams, not brumated)

I am leaning towards using the Butter Motley, but am worried he is too young/small, or the Ghost. I will have a Snow Motley that will be ready to breed next year.

Opinions?
Thanks,

I would say it sort of depends on where you got her from. If she's from pet store then I would think the most likely hets (if any) would be amel and anery maybe one or two others. :shrugs: If she's from a breeder there might be more of a chance that she has some "exotic" hets. If it were me, I would probably try and pair her up with a guy that at least has amel and/or anery.
Just some thoughts... :)

I got her from Jeff Mohr (Mohrsnakes) who had picked her up at a reptile show. He bred her to an Okeetee. "Witch" is absolutely stunning and is one of my favorite corns. The color contrast on her is amazing.

I would love to pair her with the Butter Motley "Simpson" (SerpenCo) but he is young and still has a lot of growing to do (he will be moving up to weanling mice in another 3-4 weeks) and am not sure if it would just be better to wait til next year to breed him. But if I use him I can test "Witch" with his 3 homo traits. Also it would probably be easier to sell normals that are het Butter Motley than other normal hets.

"Casper" is also still in the running. He is also from Jeff. Casper is a Ghost, 205 grams.

I have debated about using "Narsil" the Candycane (Supernova), but he is still small and I am about 99% sure I will wait until next year to use him.

Thanks,

I would use the one with the most morphs available if I had no idea about her hets.... Is the charcoal really het snow, so it carries both types of anery genes? Or is is he just het amel? That makes me wonder if I've ever seen a corn homo for charcoal and amel.... woudl that look different?

My only concern with using one of my males with hets is I am not sure I want a whole bunch of babies with possible hets.
Has anyone used a 2 year old for breeding and how successfull was it?
