Looking for Roommate!

BloodyBaroness

Captain Titsworth
Well I had a rather big shock over the weekend, My current roommate is moving to Korea and not planning on returning. He teaches English in Korea and this time the job looks rather permanent.

Soooo...... this brings me to searching for a roommate.

Tentative date would be October 1st.

The info:
House (can't remember the sq footage, but it's spacious)
3 bedroom
2 full bath

Location:
Concord, North Carolina

Very nice neighborhood, safe streets. Close to major highways and shopping areas.

The money break down:
Rent $725 per month/will be split
Bills run $200-275 per month/will be split

The extras:
Snakes are welcome, of course!
I own 2 cats... one fat and lovable, the other stupid and kinda worthless.

Figured I would post here and see if any herpers or friends of herpers might be looking. Feel free to PM me for more info and exact street address.

Well that would give me a 12 hour commute so I guess that wouldn't work but good luck on the search, don't forget to do a background check.

Autumn, I'll have to talk to SWMBO but I might be interested. I think you are kind of cute.

Ha! Yeah I normally do a little background digging on any potential roomies.

Go for it Wade!

As another selling point, I'm right in the center of NC, few hours to the beach or mountains.

My wife told me if I got another snake I was out the door. Just in case she figures out those twenty containers are full of eggs I might want to give this some thought. LOL

Nanci, I am locked into my current work situation at least thru the end of 2011. But I AM thinking about moving once I can.

NC is one of my top states I'd like to live in, but I'm afraid I'm stuck here for now.

I concur with this. After just having a short vacation there, NC is now on the top of my list for 'places I would love to move to', especially around the Albemarle.
Really really wish I could Autumn! Especially at that price, my house payment is double that. I hope you find a good room mate!

I too agree with Heather, I visited NC as a little kid (Gastonia, to be exact) and I think I would love living in North Carolina.

I love N.C., If I ever move out of Florida it would be to Silva NC on family property at the top of a mountain over looking Bear Creek Lake, that is the only place that could take me out of FL.

Being the NASCAR fan I am, Concord NC would be awesome for me..
really wan't to get out of SoCal too.

LOL! I am less than 10 mins from the big NASCR track here, and the Hall of Fame is in Charlotte now too.

Where I am is dead center of the state, close to beach and mountains.

Anyone is welcome, take the moving plunge!
