Looking to buy a YELLOW CornSnake !"!

I have an '09 butter $50 plus shipping. No butter stripes atm.

ColoradoCorns has done some export business, check with him & see if he has butter stripes or amber stripes.

Is exporting one snake from the US to England really going to be worth it? Could be very expensive and all the morphs mentioned so far are available over this side of the Atlantic.

Have to say that my GoldDust Mots have ended up lovely shades of honey/pale brown, but they're in no way as bright as my Butter Mots.

I have a butter and even as a hatchling he is very yellow and gets brighter with each shed.

My butter looks to be right on two feet. Of course, they are roughly a foot at hatching, so if you want one that small, you'll probably want one hatched this year. As for photos, honestly, it looks like any other butter with no other traits. Also just noticed you are in England, no point getting a $50 snake shipped from overseas!

"Viper and Vine" is a shop in Manchester that's been recommended by UK members in the past. Have you tried there? They have no Butter variations on their website at present, but they shouldn't have trouble finding them and they might get one in for you if you put down a deposit.

You shouldn't have any problem sourcing a nice Butter in the UK - the market was flooded with Butter Mots last year and they've been dirt cheap (unfortunately - I still have an 09 left because of it). Stripes shouldn't be that difficult to find.

ANy pics of the Butter you still have left . ??

Yes , I will try Vipers and Vines eventually , it is very near me but if you order a snake you don't really have any idea what it is going to look like until you collect it from them . Not ideal for a suffering perfectionist like myself :)

I agree . The 2nd weekend of December it is the Hamm show(Germany) on Saturday and the Houten show (The Netherlands) on Sunday . Sure you will find some "yellows" over there .

That's true. If you don't want to travel, it might be worth dropping into the local shop and asking if they're expecting some new animals in from the shows. I know I daren't go near mine for at least a fortnight afterwards!
