Lumps in Corn Snake Belly

Hey everyone, my Corn Snake Becky has two rather large hard lumps in his gut, one about 5cm from exit, and another about 20cm.
He had them just before shedding, but now its been a couple of days since he shed and he still has them.
When I handled him, I was able to slowly push the lumps towards his exit but I'm worried this might be hurting him, whilst pushing I could almost feel crunching
I lost a Bearded Dragon just a couple of months ago to severe impaction so I'm scared the same thing might happen to Becky.
I'm not able to see a vet because I live in the countryside in France and the nearest vet qualified for Reptiles is over 4 hours away!
Please help!

PS: She seems quite hungry and active.
PPS: Her heat mat stopped about a week ago so her Vivarium dropped to about 16C for about 3 hours

Do you feed on any substrate? I'm really sorry I don't have any advice to offer, I can only suggest not feeding until you can find out what the issue is? Personally I'd be worried about any food forcing the issue further. All the best, I'm sure some one with some good knowledge will be along soon

How long have you had Becky? Are you sure he is a him? Could you post pictures?

Also, could you call the vet and do a phone consult?

I'm sorry you and Becky are dealing with this, I hope everything is okay.

I bathed him once yesterday and once today in a tub of water, he was trying to poop today in the tub. He was mostly focused on getting out of the tub :sidestep: , he got quite stressed.
I'm going to try and bath him again tonight in the actual bath with a bit deeper water.
Becky is about 4 years old so I'm pretty sure he's a he lol
I'm not going to feed him for at least a week so that it doesn't get worse.
I usually feed him on substrate but I put a towel down so he doesn't swallow any.
I might try and contact a vet tomorrow but I'm not sure they will be able to do much by phone.
Could it be fat deposits??

I will post some photos tonight

CAUTION: GROSS PICTURES OF POOP :toiletgra

Just bathed Becky and whilst I was filming him to show you guys, he pooped a little. But it was hard and there was a see-through slimy bit.
