Male or Female?

Newb Albino Okeetee Owner
I've just gotten my Albino Okeetee Corn a few weeks ago. I asked for a female and the owner told me she was but I would like a second opinion. I tried the popping thing (she's about 15 inches) but didn't get it to work. So I want to know if there's anyone that can tell by looking at the tail. Please let me know what you guys think, thanks a bunch! Sorry if the pics are a little out of focus, it's hard to take the picture and hold a squirming snake at the same time :)

Maybe popping did work and you just have a female so there was no hemipenis to come out. Sometimes a bit of scent gland will show on a female, but not all the time. It's a little difficult to tell where the vent is on this one. Is it right below your finger on the first photo, or farther down the body near the edge of the door's middle piece? If it's farther down, I would say female as it tapers quite rapidly.

Here's the photo again, I circled where the vent is.... it does get small right after that. I dunno but the vent seems just about at the end of her tail, which seems a little strange to me. So I guess she's a she?

Thanks a bunch you too. I thought she was a she but wanted other people to voice their opinion :) So do you think "Yadi" is a good name for a girl? Even though I did name it after the St. Louis Cardinal's Catcher Yadier Molina. Haha

Just a quick note, if you've never popped a snake before, you shouldn't try it without someone experienced there to help you. You could seriously injure your snake. If you are already experienced in popping, this post will self destruct in 10 seconds.

Haha. I didn't really push that hard at all because of the reason you had just stated. I don't really know anyone in St. Louis that I would trust to do it to my snake.
