hey all i checked on mama this morn and she is as blue as the blue sky (her eyes) and she has a clutch of eggs in there with her . everytime i put my hand in the container she gets really restless and coils up . i don't want her to coil around an egg or disturb them like roll them over etc. but it's clear she can't see and gets very unhappy with my hand in there . how can i safely remove the eggs without upsetting either to much. of course she didn't lay them in the large flat dish i put in there she laid them in a plastic small coffee container! which makes it harder for access to the eggs . neeeeed advice . thank you gail

You just reach in a take them out as carefully as you can. The coiling/squeezing motion is instinctive. Try to keep them same side up as you take them out and put them in the incubator. Just go for it!

I agree with him... just go for it even if she may not like it. It's obviously in the best nature for the eggs. Will she ever leave the clutch? If so, try it then.
