Medusa giving me the "what's for dinner?" eye.

Emo Checkers just wants to be left alone.

Hooray reverse okeetees! Medusa is going to have some killer white borders when she grows up :).

I love it when snakes give you a look like they are staaaarving and troll around for more food even though you just fed them.

YAY ROs Unite!

Medusa is a sweet sweet girl. Checkers is really shy but Medusa is the life of the party.

She hangs out in her crib and will often stick her head out to check out what's going on. She also likes to climb all over her viv and annoy the Brat Cat who can't get to her. I think I even heard her say, "nya nya!"

Checkers recently shed and I was SO PROUD of her- it all came off in one clean stretch.

Medusa, on the other hand, has shed TWICE in the last month. Is that even possible??? She's a mess, too. I have to let her swim around them massage the skin off her (which she loves). I think she was a dog in a past life.

Haha, I can just imagine Medusa flicking her little tongue out while her furry nemesis shakes his paw at her. So close! And yet so far away.

Very fitting commentary. I love to voice what I know they're thinking while I feed them lol. Glad I'm not the only one.

Medusa would greatly miss the Brat Cat if she left us. I'm pretty sure the Mom would miss her, too. My daughter named her Medusa. The daughter is the reason for all the snake insanity. We went to a 4H club with our Girl Scout troop and did a workshop on reptiles. The herpotologist had a nice adult normal corn named "Cobb" that he passed around for anyone to hold who wanted to. Well, if you want to see what a budding obsession looks like in the eyes of a 9 year old girl...

ROs aren't usually one of my favorites, but I could definitely change my mind for a snake like Medusa!
