Meet Mathilda and Aisha, My New Leos!

R.W.

Call me Richard
I finally got a couple of leopard geckos. Went to a show in Arlington on the 12th. They're both females and I do plan on breeding so I still need to get a male. I love these little guys!
I'm not as knowledgeable on leo genetics as I am on snake genetics, so I have a question for those those of you who are more savy than I: The breeder sold these labeled as Hypo Tangerines, but since this is a line bred trait, the definiton of what the gecko is depends on its appearance and the breeders opinion, but wouldn't it be appropriate to label these as Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot Tail Baldies?
Mathilda is the older one in the container with the green label and Aisha is younger with the red label.
-1 & 2: Both together.
-3 & 4: Mathilda
-5 & 6: Aisha

Well I'm assuming that the body color is going to finish becoming uniform in color, then yes I would go with your guess. As I have a SHTCT as well, but I didn't get him young so thats why I said assumin the body color goes uniform.

Gorgeous Leos! I'd call them SHTCT as well, but would the spots on the tail excule them from being 'baldy'? I'm not sure what the protocol on that is.

Thanks everyone!
Don't qoute me on this, cause I'm no expert when it comes to leopard geckos, but I think as long as the head is spotless it qualifies it for "baldy". Kinda like humans, you might have hair on the rest of your body, but as long as there's none on the top of your head, your "bald". But I could be wrong.

I got it confirmed by the people on geckoforums that these both qualify for Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot-tail Baldy by most keeper/breeders standards.
