Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

It only matters if your corn develops a preference for one and starts to reject the other. Mine usually eat anything, but I have a couple that prefer ASF rat fuzzies - since I breed these and usually have them on hand it's fine, but if I were to sell them to someone that couldn't get those it could be a problem for them. I advise to consistently feed the same thing for this reason.
I'm sure that would be fine for corn snake. I've never had my corns be that picky, but I also haven't been in the hobyy as long as ghosthousecorns either. My other snakes, however, tend to favor one over the other...mostly the ball pythons.
