mite guard/worm guard

Are these products any good? I discovered mites on my corn and he has been regurging, so I'm thinking he has worms. What is my next step? These products or the vet? I picked them off of the snake and I bought some mite spray that's all natural and it says it kills mites on contact. I also bleached the cage and everything in it. He's back in with no signs of mites, and I'm waiting 10 days to feed again. Any thoughts? He's active with tongue flicking. I'm sure he's hungry...

Thanks. I thought the mites carried the worms and when the snake ingests the mites, he gets the worms. (kind of like dog worms). Just what I heard, but I'm new at this. Any luck with mite guard or worm guard?
