So this morning I went to check on my snake and saw a tiny say about 0.5mm red creature running on my snake's head... is it a mite or nothing?
 
it could be. To be sure, thoroughly clean the cage, and give the snake a bath too. Clean all the furnishings and replace the bedding. You may have caught it in time and a simple cleaning could take care of it.

If it was Mites, and you don't do a thorough cleaning, 2 months from now you'll wish you had.
 
True. The snake is in premolt... It has blueish eyes and is chilling in its water bowl but I will give it a bath tomorrow!
