Mites?

I own a young 10 month old corn snake who hasnt had any issue to date. Ive been taking care of my friends corn snake for the past 2 weeks. Just today as I was feeding both snakes, I noticed a very very small white bug/insect crawling in my friends small plastic tank. I then checked the container in which i feed the snake in and noticed 2 more of these small white bugs/insects. Worrying and all , inspected my snakes tank and noticed a white bug crawling in the water bowl. This one was a bit bigger than the ones I saw in the other snakes tank. The shape of the body reminds me of an ant..a very very small ant. Are these mites? As a precaution, I'm cleaning both tanks as we speak with bleach. I will not put the snakes back for a few days until the tanks are 100% rinsed. In the meantime, I'll be keeping the snakes in small containers separately. What else should I do? I'm fairly new at this. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
