That is the first time I have ever seen a male in a picture bite a female. Ive heard that they do that but never seen it. I wish some of my males were as aggressive I have some females that want nothing to do with breeding. I know that sounds bad lol. All my males are sweethearts and they try to be so nice but they just get tail whipped and rejected.

He is the only male I have that will do it or should say has done it. Ochre is a really aggressive breeder but does not bite. I am just hoping the salmon male can get a hookup, he only has one male organ he lost one during a breeding before I got him.

Pretty cool love bite, I've never seen it either. My male is the gentle romantic type lol.

Thank you all for the kind words, The breeding season is about done here. I still have two females left to breed this year.

I have eggs cooking off the Ochre breeding but the whiteout X lava breeding slugged out. Murphy was not kind at all lol
